Myofascial Release

Myofascial release involves the patient going through a range of motion commonly moved from a shortened to lengthened position while the practitioner applies tension and pressure to the tissue being treated. 

It is used to treat a variety of conditions that include; but are not limited to headaches, back pain, shin splints, carpal tunnel, sciatica, and plantar fasciitis.
